Billy earned his real estate license in March 2022 to pursue a career that combined two things he loves: real estate and helping others. From fixing up houses and investing in properties to helping clients find a place they’re excited to call home, Billy has a true passion for all sides of real estate.

His hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective when working with clients. Billy has a special interest in rental properties, house flipping, and real estate investing and enjoys helping others explore the opportunities that real estate can provide. But for Billy, helping people extends far beyond real estate.

He and his wife, Jessica, have a blended family of five children and share a strong commitment to serving their community. Together, they have opened their home to foster children, providing a safe and welcoming place for children who need it. Billy believes that being a positive presence—or a “beacon of light”—in his community is one of the greatest rewards there is.

When he isn't working with clients or tackling a house project, you’ll likely find Billy working on cars. He has a particular appreciation for classic automobiles and firmly believes that when it comes to cars, the older, the better.
